The story
One dock. One lagoon. Quiet fortification.
Nearest neighbor: two hundred kilometers of ocean. This Lock & Linen concept sits alone on a small tropical island — a low teak-and-coral-stone house on stilts above a shallow turquoise lagoon, with a butterfly roof of solar panels feeding rain into a rock-cut cistern below.
One teak dock is the only way in, ending at a covered boat lift beside a small desalinator shed on the shore. Behind the house, a food forest of coconut, banana, and taro runs along a shell path. Inside: teak floors, a linen sofa, and louvered storm shutters open to the lagoon breeze. Motion-sensor lights wake as you move. Behind the warm teak, every wall is Faraday-lined.
Island living, rendered as a concept — private, self-sufficient, and quietly fortified.
